Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Period:
-All reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or service time to avoid any charges.
2. Cancellation Fee:
-Cancellations made outside of the 24-hour period prior to the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking cost.
3. No-Show Policy:
-Failure to show up for the scheduled appointment or service without prior notice will result in a no-show fee, which is 100% of the total booking cost.
